Info for Traders / Sellers

SELLING AT NORTH CAVE MARKET

Sellers and traders can arrive from 6am to 7:45am for both indoor and outdoor pitches. Availability for indoor pitches is limited, so pre-booking or ealy arrival is recommended. 

TRADER RULES & REGULATIONS

All traders and carbooters must adhere to the following rules and regulations for trading at North Cave Market. Anybody found to be in breach of these rules will face expulsion from the market:

  • No sale of tobacco products
  • No sale of alcohol
  • No sale of copied DVD’s or CD’s
  • No sale of counterfeit goods of any kind 

PRICES

OUTDOOR:

  •  £8 per pitch (1 pitch will fit a car or small/medium van)
  • Catering Vans/Trailers – Only allowed with prior arrangement, please call for info.

INDOOR:

  •  £8 per pitch (Table NOT provided but can be hired for an extra £2)

    Hi I am wanting to come down and do a carboot at North Cave on Sunday 25th February. Are you guys open on that date? Do I need to book a pitch? If so, how much is it.

      Hi Katie, thanks for enquiry. We are indeed open on that date. There’s no need to book, just turn up on the day between 6am & 8am to get a pitch and the cost is £8 per pitch. Best regards

    Hi, I’ve booked an indoor pitch so just wondered if I’ll be parked near to my pitch as have lots of items to bring in?

      Hi Jan, we do have parking spaces near the entrance but if these are taken when you arrive, you can park near the door for unloading your items and we have trolleys available to take them to your stall. Then just pop your car in the main car park. See you on Sunday 👍 Best regards

    Hi we would like to do an outdoor car boot this Sunday. I understand we don’t have to book for this but are tables provided for outdoor pitches or will we be able to hire a table?

      Hi Hollie. That’s correct, there’s no need to book, just arrive between 6 & 7:45am to get a pitch. I’m afraid tables are not provided with outdoor pitches. In the not too distant future we will be offering tables for hire but we do not have this service set up at the present time unfortunately. Regards

    Good morning
    I am wanting to book an indoor pitch for Sunday 30th sep , are there any vacancies ? And how big is the stall ? We are selling mens and ladies clothes and children’s clothes and accessories so it would take up a Bit more than a table size.
    What time would we need to be there and where do we unload ?

      Hi Richard. We do have an indoor pitch available for 30th September. The pitch is approximately 10ft x 6ft. The cost is £8 per pitch and tables can be hired for £2 each. Sellers should arrive between 6am & 7:45am to set up, with the public coming in from around 7:45am onwards. Trolleys are available near the front entrance to unload your items.     Hello could you tell me how much it is to have a stall one weekend?
    I do handmade Gemstone Jewellery and diffuser bracelets to help people with anxiety and mental health issues.
    My aim is to spread good vibes to everyone.
    It is quite modern and creative what i make.
    Is this something i can do here?

      Hi Gemma 👋. That would be absolutely fine, the cost is £8 per pitch, either indoor or outdoor. Tables are not provided but can be hired on-site for £2, if required. Just arrive anytime from 6am to 8am to get a pitch 👍
